Welcome to Glacier Tub! These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products, including the Glacier Tub Cold Plunge. By accessing our website or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. General Use

By using this website, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You agree to use our website and products only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. Orders & Payments

2.1 Pricing & Availability

  • All prices are listed in USD and are subject to applicable taxes and shipping fees.
  • Prices may change at any time without notice.
  • Product availability is subject to change, and we reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock limitations or unforeseen circumstances.

2.2 Payment Methods

  • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other approved payment methods at checkout.
  • Orders must be paid in full before processing.

2.3 Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
  • After 24 hours, cancellations may be subject to a restocking fee or may not be eligible for a refund if the order has already shipped.

3. Shipping & Delivery

3.1 Shipping Timeframes

  • Orders typically ship within 3 business days.
  • Shipping times vary depending on location and carrier availability.
  • We do not guarantee delivery dates but provide tracking information once your order ships.

3.2 Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
  • International shipments may be subject to additional customs duties or taxes, which are the buyer's responsibility.

3.3 Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
  • We are not responsible for lost shipments, but we will assist in resolving issues with the carrier.

4. Returns & Warranty

4.1 Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on used cold plunges. However, we do accept unused and unopened products within 30 days of purchase. Return shipping fees apply.

4.2 Warranty Coverage

  • Standard Warranty: 1-Year Manufacturer's Warranty on all Glacier Tub products.
  • Extended Warranty: Available for purchase at checkout (3-Year Warranty for $299).
  • Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship but does not cover damage caused by improper use, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.

4.3 Filing a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, email info@glaciertub.com with proof of purchase, photos of the issue, and a description of the problem.

5. Product Use & Safety

By purchasing and using our products, you agree to the following:

  • Proper Setup: Glacier Tub must be installed according to the included instructions.
  • Electrical Safety: The unit must be plugged into a grounded 110V GFI outlet.
  • Water Maintenance: You are responsible for regularly maintaining water quality using the provided filtration and sanitation systems.
  • Health Precautions: Cold plunging may not be suitable for individuals with heart conditions, circulatory issues, or certain medical concerns. Consult a doctor before use.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any injuries, health complications, or damages resulting from the misuse of our products. By purchasing and using the Glacier Tub Cold Plunge, you acknowledge the risks associated with cold water immersion and assume full responsibility for your safety.

7. Privacy Policy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including product descriptions, images, branding, and logos, is the property of Glacier Tub and may not be used without permission.
